Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Hamilton Operatic Society Incorporated will be held at  Trust Waikato, 4 Little London Lane, Hamilton, Tuesday 25th August 2026 at 5.30pm.

There are TWO Board of Management positions available for election at this AGM due to the rotational nature of the constitution.

Annual Report and duly reviewed financial statements to be presented will be available seven clear days before the date of the Annual General Meeting on 18th August 2026 and can be requested by emailing admin@hamiltonoperatic.co.nz

Nominated persons must be nominated and seconded in writing by Financial Members. Any potential conflict of interest will be assessed by the Board of Management applying the policy set out in the constitution.  Nominees should familiarise themselves with the policy before completing their return.

To be eligible to attend and vote at an Annual General Meeting a member must have attained the age of 18 years at the date of the meeting and must:

1. Have been a Financial Member during the year being reported on at the meeting; or

2. Be a current Financial Member who has paid their Subscription by 30 June of the current year; or

3. Be a Life Member.
