Cloth Bookings

 

Visit our Cloth Gallery to see our range of cloths available for Hire

Other Cloths available to hire include:

  • Black Gauze (x2)

  • White Gauze (x2)

  • Set of Blue Velvets

Most Full Cloths measure 12m x 7m, however full details are available on request.

 

To Hire a Cloth:

  1. Make a note of the cloth no(s) you wish to hire

  2. Contact us with details of your production including dates of performances

  3. We'll then send a Booking Form confirming hireage details & costs

  4. All bookings subject to Terms & Conditions outlined below

Specialty Cloths

$100.00
Full Backcloths $80.00
Legs & Borders $80.00
Smaller Cloths $60.00
   
All rates are per cloth, per performance and exclude GST

Terms & Conditions of Hireage:

  1. A Bond of $100.00 per cloth is required to be paid on ordering of cloths to confirm your booking.
  2. The Bond will be returned after inspection and satisfaction that damage has not occurred and the cloth is returned folded as per instructions given. This is very important!
  3. If cloth requires re-folding, a fee of $40.00 per cloth will apply. This will be deducted from Bond cheque and the remainder refunded.
  4. Payment of Bond & Hireage fees must be made by Cheque payable to: Hamilton Operatic Society.
  5. Hireage of all Cloths are subject to availability.
